Buying or Selling Real Estate is one of your biggest investments; however, it doesn't have to be a chore. My job is to assist you in finding the right home in the right neighborhood, no matter how long it takes. I understand that the internet allows you to search on your own and that's a good thing. I can be a consultant to your search or I can search for you---I am flexible.
My Austin real estate career started over 20 years ago so I have the maturity to know the market ups and downs. I was fortunate enough to live and work in Europe making friends who eventually chose Austin as an investment or place to retire. It was there that I experienced the pleasures and excitement of Urban Living. When I returned to the USA, I chose Downtown Austin as home. It was in its infancy so I wanted to witness firsthand an emerging Urban Market. I previously lived in the Hyde Park and Travis Heights areas so have experienced the joys of a "pocket neighborhood" close to Downtown. Today, Austin still embraces diversity and a healthy lifestyle. I walk my dog as much as possible because that's the best "neighborhood previewing" possible and it keeps me in shape!
